Tasting: Citrus, crisp, slightly dry, bitter hop finish
Info: A classic American Pale Ale, hoppy and dry. A simple combination of malt and hops that creates a smooth and easy to drink beer that still has some hop kick to it. Was the first 'no mistakes' brew day for Boiling Point.

Info: A California Common / American Pale Ale / Steam Beer hybrid, the first foray into this style for Boiling Point. Surprisingly fresh, but with a warm toastiness from the Munich malt. A beer brewed with an open mind.

Tasting: Vanilla, creamy, smooth bitterness, smoke, coffee
Info: There is no mistaking the vanilla presence in this stout, it was never intended as a subtle aftertaste. Vanilla hits you head on and stays until the last mouthful. Almost feels like a guilty pleasure.

Info: A large dollop of pumpkin puree makes this Pumpkin Ale taste just like the real thing. Intended for Sunday afternoon dinners in Autumn, this beer should be wearing its own knitted cable jumper.

Tasting: Earthy, floral, slightly spicy
Info: Giving the Gluten Free option a spin, this beer will be a well-rounded light ale. The slightly more powerful Czech Saaz hop will give a nice little kick at the end. We will be 'malting' our own Buckwheat, sure to be carnage.

Info: Influenced by the 'smoke in the face' bonfire nights, this smoked beer aims to balance on the edge of overpowering, with a sweet and malty smoked finish, capped off by some well rounded hops for a sense of balance.
